Fenno, Richard F. (Francis), Jr.

(1926–  ) political scientist; born in Winchester, Mass. He taught at Wheaton College (Norton, Mass.) (1951–53), Amherst College (1953–57), and the University of Rochester (1957) and is considered an expert in the activities of Congress.
