Fizika i Tekhnika Poluprovodnikov

 

(Semiconductor Physics and Engineering), a scientific journal of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR. The journal was founded in 1967 and is published in Leningrad. One volume consisting of 12 issues is published annually. Fizika i tekhnika poluprovodnikov contains articles dealing with the optical, electrical, magnetic, and other properties of semiconductors and with physical phenomena in semiconductors and semiconductor devices. Circulation, 1,736 (1976). Since 1967, the journal has been reissued in English translation in the USA.
