Frolovo

 

a city (since 1936) under oblast jurisdiction and the administrative center of Frolovo Raion, Volgograd Oblast, RSFSR. Situated on the Archeda River of the Don River basin. Railroad station (Archeda) on the Volgograd-Povorino line, 155 km northwest of Volgograd. Population, 38,000 (1974). The city has a steel foundry, a plant making chemical products for consumer use, a plant producing keramzit (artificial filler for lightweight concrete), a milk plant, a food-processing combine, and a grain elevator. The Metallist Plant is located in Frolovo. Oil and natural gas are extracted in the vicinity.

They followed drag marks in the road to the house of a 23-year-old man house in Frolovo, a village in the northern Vologda region.
FROLOVO, Russia, Sha'ban 13, 1434, Jun 22, 2013, SPA -- A Russian was arrested for stealing a bridge this week after police said they followed drag marks to his home, UPI reported.
Police told Russia's RIA Novosti news agency they followed the trail the bridge left on the ground to the suspect's house in the village of Frolovo. The man had allegedly used a cutting torch to break the structure down into smaller pieces, but had not yet sold them.
