and increase Welsh language provision.
Wales must not miss the opportunity to make further education in Wales
more responsive to employers and that means having the courage to look globally and say "what matters is what works".
The White Paper should reinforce the need for colleges, the National Council-Elwa, employers, the Welsh Development Agency to clarify how we can ensure that further education in Wales
is central to education policy development in the future.
