    Local Nebraska newspaper the Beatrice Daily Sun reported last week that officials with the city of Beatrice, the Beatrice Chamber of Commerce and Gage County, NE have announced construction is scheduled to begin this summer on a new biodiesel facility capable of producing 50 million gallons of the alternative fuel per year, as well as a glycerine byproduct.
