Gardner's syndrome[′gärd·nərz ‚sin‚drōm]
A hereditary disorder transmitted as an autosomal dominant; manifested in childhood by multiple neoplasms, including bony and mesenteric tumors, fatty and fibrous skin, and intestinal polyps.
