Gas Condenser

 

a capacitor with a gaseous dielectric; it can be of the gas-filled, air, or vacuum type. It is used in electrical circuits, instruments, and devices with voltage ranges from a fraction of a volt to hundreds of kilovolts at frequencies to hundreds of megahertz.
