The contract has been signed to acquire certain oil and gas mineral rights owned by REELY-LGI, located in Glacier County, Montana.
Nelson, the County Attorney for Glacier County, Montana, recently told the Senate Select Committee on Indian Affairs that the lack of adequate law enforcement has "made the life of many Indian and non-Indian people trying to live and raise their families in the reservation community a living hell."
