Gribanovskii

 

an urban-type settlement; center of Gribanovskii Raion, Voronezh Oblast, RSFSR. Railroad station (Gribanovka) on the Povorino-Griazi line. Population, 17,000 (1970). Gribanovskii has machine-building (equipment for light industry), sugar, butter and cheese, and asphalt factories; furniture and wood-products combines; and beet-growing and livestock fattening sovkhozes. An affiliate of the Borisoglebsk Evening Industrial Technicum is located in the settlement.
