Handicapped access

Efforts to ensure that facilities and programs in buildings are made available to those with limited mobility, vision impairment, and other handicapped conditions. This may not necessarily apply to converted historic buildings and museums if it cannot be done without compromising the building’s historical and architectural integrity.
