Adding success to this year's edition of the Bahrain Sports Day was the development of an Android/Apple mobile application 'Bahrain Steps', which reads your health and fitness data from the Health app (
HealthKit).
Sleep Cycle is another highly regarded app for Android or iOS that allows you to put its data into
HealthKit, if you have an iPhone.
Adventure Sync works by having the "Pokemon Go" app sync with
HealthKit on iOS devices and Google Fit on Android.
Google's revamp simplifies its tracking program, which it first launched in 2014 as a competitor to Apple's
HealthKit. Apple's three-ring design -- which tracks and sets goals for daily movement, exercise and time spent standing -- has made the pursuit of closing those rings an obsession for some Apple Watch fans.
Apple also made headway into health and fitness with its Apple Watch and
HealthKit. There are a myriad of health apps to choose from like Zova, Nike, Lose It!, Dexcom, One Drop, Glow, 10% Happier and more.

HealthKit in 2004, and has continued to expand its functionality since.
Especially, in healthcare front, many applications (e.g., Apple's
HealthKit) based on IoT have been developed and employed.
Azalea's comprehensive portfolio includes integrated electronic health records, practice management, Azalea M mobile platform integrated with Apple
HealthKit, as well as complete telehealth, revenue cycle performance and professional consulting services.
It utilises the Apple ResearchKit framework to collect data from participants using surveys, neurological self-assessments using the BrainBaseline cognitive testing software from Digital Artifacts, health data collected from the iPhone
HealthKit, and fitness tracking wearables, among others.
The data from the AgaMatrix Jazz Wireless 2 Meter integrates with LifeWallet apps through
HealthKit, with over two thousand glucose data points collected in the first two months of the program.
Users' personal sleep logs can then be analyzed using Apple's
HealthKit. In effect, the software tracks one's bodily needs--to the extent that they can be accurately registered by an iPhone--and charts them as a kind of productivity.
