HiJaak

An earlier, popular graphics file conversion and screen capture program for Windows from IMSI, Novato, CA. It supported a wide variety of raster and vector graphics formats as well as fax boards. It also handled conversion between PC and Mac formats.

There are plenty of multimedia options within Windows 95, although not necessarily enough.
