Hodgson’s Hawk Cuckoo
(Hierococcyx fugax), a bird of the suborder Cuculiformes. The Hodgson’s hawk cuckoo measures about 30 cm in length. It is distributed in Southeast Asia and in the USSR, where it is found in the forests of southern Primor’e. (SeeCUCKOO.)
