This evidence can be attributed to carrier concentration, p, values similar to those obtained following the 650[degrees]C hot pressing, as indicated by the similar a values, but lower carrier mobility, [mu], values, as indicated by the higher [rho] values ([rho] = [([rho] x e - [mu]).sup.-1]) which can result from a lower homogeneity state of this sample, which was hot pressed at much lower temperature than for the case of the 650[degrees]C hot pressing, and can be associated with lower diffusion rates of the involved elements.
