Hutchinson's teeth[′həch·ən·sənz ‚tēth]
Deformity of permanent incisor teeth associated with congenital syphilis; the crown of the incisor is wider in the cervical portion than at the incisal edge, and the incisal edge has a characteristic crescent-shaped notch.
