Detection of Iron Content in the Labeled Cells Using ICP-AES. [10.sup.6] ADSCs incubated with 25 ug/ml tracer for 12 h were placed in one 15 ml glass tube, and then 500 ul of 65-68% concentrated nitric acid (Guangzhou Donghong Chemical industry) was added to each sample.
ICP-AES and XRF were used to determine the bulk elemental composition of the CIGS absorber layers.
The amounts of platinum that were loaded into the complexes were quantified by ICP-AES. The amount of iron in both the drug-free and drug-loaded complexes was also quantified by ICP-AES.
