Ilebo
(Port-Francqui), a city in the Republic of Zaire, in the province of Kasai-Occidental, on the Kasai River. It is a river port and terminus on the railroad line from Lubumbashi. It is also an important transshipment point on the river and railroad route connecting the mining region of Shaba with the port of Matadi at the lower reaches of the Congo (Zaire) River. It has an airport and food industries (including a flour mill).
