Indian spring low water[′in·dē·ən ¦spriŋ ¦lō ′wȯd·ər]
An arbitrary tidal datum approximating the level of the mean of the lower low waters at spring time, first used in waters surrounding India. Also known as harmonic tide plane; Indian tide plane.
