Iuzhnyi

 

an urban-type settlement in Altai Krai, RSFSR, under the jurisdiction of the Central Raion Soviet of the city of Barnaul. Iuzhnyi is situated 11 km southwest of the Barnaul railroad junction, which has lines to Semipalatinsk, Kulunda, Novosibirsk, Novokuznetsk, and Biisk.


Iuzhnyi

 

an urban-type settlement in Nagaibak Raion, Cheliabinsk Oblast, RSFSR. Iuzhnyi is located 48 km from the Dzhabyk railroad station on the Magnitogorsk-Kartaly line. It has a mining enterprise.


Iuzhnyi

 

an urban-type settlement in Michurinskii Raion, Karaganda Oblast, Kazakh SSR. Situated 70 km south of Karaganda, Iuzhnyi is served by the Kulaigyr railroad station on the Karaganda-Atasu line. Limestone is mined at the settlement for the Karaganda Metallurgical Combine.
