Izobretatel’ I Ratsionalizator

 

(Inventor and Innovator), a monthly illustrated popular-science journal. Organ of the All-Union Society of Inventors and Innovators. Published in Moscow since 1929.

During 1929–38 it came out under the title Izobretatel’, during 1938–56 it was not published, during 1956–58 it was called Izo-bretatel’stvo v SSSR, and since 1958, Izobretatel’ i ratsionalizator. It publishes scientific solutions to the problems created by technical progress, as well as legal and economic advice. Circulation, 400,000 (1972). 10–247–2]
