Kangting
(Tatsienlu), a city on the Tatu River in China, in Szechwan Province. Altitude, more than 2, 500 m above sea level.
Kangting is a commercial and transport center on the Szech-wan-Tibetan highway. Transport vehicles and agricultural machinery are produced, wool is washed for market, and asbestosand mica are processed. There is also a cottage industry in silverand iron items.
