Location:At Knob Noster, off US 50, on Highway 23 in Johnson County.
Facilities:39 basic campsites, 37 electric campsites, 6 equestrian campsites (basic), organized group camp, special-use area, showers, picnic sites, 3 picnic shelters, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, equestrian trails, nature center.
Activities:Camping, lake and stream fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, nature programs.
Special Features:Park includes Pin Oak Slough Natural Area, a four-acre forested oxbow slough that forms a wetland along Clearfork Creek.

Only a few scattered, degraded fragments remain including Clearfork Savannah in Knob Noster State Park. In 1983, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources initiated management efforts to restore the original vegetation of scattered oaks and hickories with an understory of prairie grasses and forbs.
