Koliuchin Guba

 

a bay in the Chukchi Sea, off the northern shore of the Chukchi Peninsula. Length, 100 km; width at entrance, 2.8 km; width in the inner part, approximately 37 km; depth, 7–14 m. The banks are primarily precipitous. The bay is covered with ice during most of the year, except during late summer. Tides are semidiurnal and measure 0.1 m.
