Korotaikha

 

a river in northeastern Nenets NO, ArkhangePsk Oblast, RSFSR. Length, 199 km; basin area, approximately 12,700 sq km. The Korotaikha River rises on the northeastern edge of Chernyshev Ridge, meanders widely over the tundra, and flows into the Barents Sea. The river is fed by rain and snow. There are many lakes in its basin.
