Kundriuch’ia

 

a river in Voroshilovgrad Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, and Rostov Oblast, RSFSR; the right tributary of the Severskii Donets. Length, 244 km; basin area, 2,320 sq km. The Kundriuch’ia originates in the Donets Mountain Ridge. Its valley is deeply eroded. It is fed primarily by snow. Average water discharge at the mouth is 3.74 cu m per sec. The river freezes over in late November and thaws in mid-March. Krasnyi Sulin is on the Kundriuch’ia River.
