Ladan

 

an urban-type settlement in Priluki Raion, Chernigov Oblast, Ukrainian SSR; situated on the Udai River (Dnieper Basin), 18 km southeast of the Priluki station on the Bakhmach-Piriatin railroad line. There is a brickyard and a plant manufacturing fire-prevention equipment in Ladan. The city has an evening machine-building technicum.
