Larnax

 

(Larnaca) a city on the southeast shore of the island of Cyprus; center of Larnax District, Republic of Cyprus. Population, 21,600 (1971). The city is a port on Larnax Bay in the Mediterranean, importing oil products. It has oil-refining and food-processing enterprises.

Existen varias caracteristicas morfologicas a nivel de la flor que distinguen notoriamente a Deprea de Larnax. Los frutos de Deprea son bayas cubiertas por el caliz presistente y acrescente una caracteristica tambien encontrada en Larnax y otros generos de la misma tribu (Hunziker 2001).
