LaserWriter

An earlier family of desktop laser printers from Apple. Introduced in 1985, shortly after the debut of the Macintosh, the LaserWriter and the Macintosh helped fuel the desktop publishing market. Most models supported PostScript and built-in networking, and a color model was also available from 1995 to 1996. The line was discontinued in 1997. See Macintosh and laser printer.
