Lenin Glacier

 

a glacier on the northern slopes of the Trans-Alai Range in the Kirghiz SSR, near the headwaters of the Achiktash River, at the northern foot of Lenin Peak. Area, 79.9 sq km; length, 9.5 km. The terminus of the glacier lies at an elevation of 3,760 m.
