logic 0

"Logic 0" and "logic 1" represent binary digits (0 and 1) or Boolean logic conditions (true and false). Thinking in terms of logic 0 and logic 1 allow engineers to design circuits and logic gates at a high level of abstraction that is removed from implementation considerations. They can then "map" their high-level design onto different physical technologies using any two voltages as required; for example: ground (0 volts) and +5, ground and +3.3V, -5V and ground, -2.5V and +2.5V, etc. See logical vs. physical and binary.

The total conductances of the transistor banks are compared each other by the latched comparator and therefore the node X is logic zero if the current generated by the data bank is greater than the current generated by the threshold mapping bank and logic one otherwise.
In neutrosophic logic one has a class of neutrosophic negation operators.
When the control signal from Y1 is logic one, the motor-A runs in forward direction, and when it is logic zero the motor-A stops.
He said that the government is determined to move forward in the national dialogue which provided a historic opportunity to realize the strategic goals of ending the war, justice and participations He said that the government's signing to the road-map was described by the African Union High-Level Implementation Panel and the envoys as a logic one, especially that the political forces participating in the dialogue have convinced the international community on seriousness of the national dialogue.

All this makes sense, in its own way -- but it's arbitrary plotting with a hint of 'Because I said so', not the mind-bending logic one associates with Time-travel movies.
In Boolean logic, one element belongs to one or another set, and its membership is self-excluding, whereas in fuzzy logic one element can belong to two sets simultaneously, but with different values of membership.

If this quantity is ideally made equal to n then it is possible to maximize the amount of the power that emerges at output port and hence the amplitude of the obtained logic one. According to this mode of operation a pulse occurs at output port if and only if a pulse is present in only one input data (D1 or D2) whilst no pulse appears at the specific terminal if D1 and D2 are similar.
And in that sentence, Woodward uttered what might be the only true bit of logic one can extract from this entire weird exchange.
