Location:At Mile Marker 67.5, 67400 Overseas Highway, in the Florida Keys.
Facilities:60 full-facility campsites, picnic areas, playground, nature trails, showers, restrooms, canoe rentals.
Activities:Camping, canoeing, saltwater fishing, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, wildlife viewing, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Spanish explorers named the island "Cayo Vivora" (Rattlesnake Key) to describe its shape, which resembles a snake with its jaws open.
