Lozowick, Louis(1892–1973) painter, printmaker; born in Ludvinovka, Russia. He emigrated to America (1906), and studied at the National Academy of Design, New York (1912–15). He concentrated on industrial themes in his graphic designs and was the author of Modern Russian Art (1925).
