Lugela

 

a mineral spring in Chkhorotsku Raion, Georgian SSR. Lugela water is bottled. It is used as a substitute for an artificial calcium chloride solution in hemorrhages of different origin, kidney inflammation, gastritis with low or high acidity, gastric ulcer, and duodenal ulcer. In sterilized form it is used intravenously. Its chemical formula is

It is used only when prescribed by a physician.
