Lysye Gory

 

an urban-type settlement, the administrative center of Lysye Gory Raion, Saratov Oblast, RSFSR. Located on both banks of the Medveditsa River, a tributary of the Don. It has a station on the Atkarsk-Kalininsk railroad branch, 96 km west of the city of Saratov. The settlement has a creamery, a concrete factory, a brickyard, a cannery, a hatchery, and a poultry farm.
