Lytkarino

 

a city (a settlement until 1957) in Moscow Oblast, RSFSR. Located on the left bank of the Moskva River, 12 km from the Liubertsy railroad junction and 28 km southeast of Moscow. Population, 39,000 (1970). Building materials are produced in the city, and there is an optical-mechanical technicum.

The crew can also use OVN-1 Oskok night-vision goggles developed by the LZOS factory in Lytkarino. Navigation is also supported by a IKV inertial-navigation system, an A-737 Glonass/GPS receiver, and a DISS-32-28 Doppler speed and drift indicator.
