QFP

(Quad FlatPack) A square, surface mount chip package that has leads on all four sides and comes in several varieties. PQFP (Plastic QFP) may refer to all of the following QFP types. All quad flatpacks use gull-wing leads, except for the CQFP, which stick straight out. See flatpack, gull-wing lead and chip package.

Plastic
    MQFP Metric QFP (most popular)
    FQFP Fine pitch QFP
    BQFP Bumpered QFP
    LQFP Low-profile QFP
    TQFP Thin-profile QFP
SQFP Shrink QFP (same as MQFP)

In a 208-pin LBGA package the device costs USD93.32 (in volumes of 10,000) while in a MQFP 160-pin quad flat pack it costs USD91.22 (in 10,000 quantities).
Using low-power 3.3V technology, the part is 5V tolerant and comes in a 160-pin MQFP package.
The E4237 and the E4257 come in a 9-mm X 9-mm, 64-pad LPCC package, the E4287 in a 14-mm X 14-mm MQFP. The E4237 has two current ranges and low output capacitance for use in relay-less tester architectures.
