A Macintosh file transfer program from DataViz Corporation, Milford, CT (www.dataviz.com) that provides document conversion for a wide variety of Mac and PC formats. Versions are also available for Sun, NeXT and Wang systems.

If every author insists on using his or her own favorite word processor, the only real solution is to purchase a capable file translation utility, such as MacLink Plus or Conversions Plus for PC, both from DataViz.
Preferred DOS-based disk format is WordPerfect, but we can use Word, WordStar, or any other format the Wordperfect or MacLink Plus convers,on programs can handle.
This is true because in August 1998, Apple quit bundling MacLink Plus from DataViz with its Macs.
