Macgillicuddy's Reeks

(məgĭl`əkŭd`ēz rēks), highest mountain range of Ireland, Co. Kerry, SW Republic of Ireland. It includes Carrantuohill and other peaks more than 3,000 ft (914 m) high.

West Cork is just a couple of hours drive away from the magnificently-named Macgillicuddy's Reeks in County Kerry.
