The chief of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in Biliran province is encouraging the millennials who are not yet registered and wanted to exercise their right to vote in the upcoming May 11, 2020 Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections to register through iRehistro, an online registration system of the Comelec.
