McGraw-Hill Incorporated

 

an American publishing company. Founded in New York in 1909.

McGraw-Hill has several divisions in the USA (including McGraw-Hill Book Company and McGraw-Hill Publications), as well as foreign branches. It publishes scientific and technical literature, including encyclopedias, reference works, and periodicals. The company’s main periodical publication is the weekly magazine Business Week, which reflects the views of the moderate sector of American business circles. McGraw-Hill also owns shares in radio and television companies.
