Means, Gaston Bullock

(1879–1938) swindler, spy; born near Concord, N.C. He sold data on Allied shipping to the German embassy (1914) and swindled wealthy people. He was convicted of grand larceny after a ransom money swindle in the Lindbergh kidnapping case.
