    As part of the settlement, the former ownership group agreed to the following stipulations: That the non-compete provisions of IVI's share purchase and employment agreements are valid and enforceable; that a Temporary Restraining Order issued in March, 1999 by District Court, Mesa County, CO prohibiting the group from the wrongful operation of a competitive ISP, Grand Valley Internet, is valid and enforceable; that the group is bound by a "permanent injunction" prohibiting competition against IVI and WICNet through Spring of 2000; and that the group give up any claim to, and affirm IVI's complete ownership of, WICNet.
