Monino

 

an urban-type settlement in the Moscow Oblast, RSFSR, under the administration of the Shchelkovo City Soviet. Population, 17,000 (1973). Monino is a railroad station 49 km from Moscow. A sanatorium and a house of rest are located near the settlement.
