Multiaddress Telegraph Transmission
a method of transmitting a telegram text simultaneously to several addressees; it is used at major (for example, oblast-level) communications centers. The method uses telegraphs and special switching devices connected to lines running from telegraphs at low-level (for example, raion-level) communications centers.
