Myopsida
[mī′äp·sə·də] (invertebrate zoology)
A natural assemblage of cephalopod mollusks considered as a suborder in the order Teuthoida according to some systems of classification, and a group of the Decapoda according to other systems; the eye is covered by the skin of the head in all species.
