NaaS

(1) (Network As AService) A communications carrier that leases its network and billing systems to application service providers (ASPs) and other Web service organizations. See cloud computing and XaaS.

(2) (Nothing As AService) A parody on the "aaS" acronyms, such as "software as a service" (Saas), "platform as a service" (PaaS), etc. See cloud computing and XaaS.
