A Web browser from NeoPlanet Inc., Tempe, AZ (www.neoplanet.com) that uses certain core modules from Internet Explorer. IE Version 4.0 or greater must be installed in your computer to use it. NeoPlanet is noted for its complete customizability with its "Skins" feature that lets you change the look and sound of the interface.
