Nonumited Capital Investments

 

in the USSR, expenditures of means produced by enterprises and institutions beyond the state plan (for centralized capital investments) through special sources of financing. These sources include funds of enterprises, credits of the state bank for the introduction of new technology, and, for budgetary institutions, the appropriations they receive.
