North Bend State Park

Location:Northwestern West Virginia, off WV 31.
Facilities:49 standard campsites (26 with electrical hookups), 9 deluxe cabins, 29-room lodge with restaurant and meeting rooms, picnic areas, hiking trails, horse-drawn carriage rides, fishing pier (é), boat and bike rentals, swimming pool, bathhouse, amphitheater, game courts, playground, gift shops.
Activities:Camping, fishing, swimming, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, tennis, nature and recreation programs.
Special Features:Named for the horseshoe curve of the North Fork of Hughes River, the park is western West Virginia's major year-round park.
