Obluch’e

 

a city (since 1938); center of Obluch’e Raion, Jewish Autonomous Oblast, Khabarovsk Krai, RSFSR. Situated on the Khingan River (a tributary of the Amur). Railroad station 159 km west of Birobidzhan. The city has railroad transportation enterprises.
